Booking Description:

To secure a booking for our event venue, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required from the guest. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the booking. 

 

The remaining payment for the booking must be made in full at least seven days prior to the scheduled event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it is utilized to secure and guarantee your reservation.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our payment policy, which enables us to efficiently handle bookings and ensure the availability of our venue for your event.

Deposit policy: 

By submitting a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure your booking at Rubys Venue, you are entering into a commitment and agreeing to our cancellation policy. This deposit will be applied to your final payment. For instance, if you have booked the full-day package valued at $1999, your remaining payment will be adjusted to $1499 (excluding any cleaning fees incurred).

 

Please note that if your booking amount is lower than $500 and no additional cleaning fees are accrued, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the remaining balance after deducting the booking fee. This refund process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of your booking.

 

Cancellation policy: Revised Cancellation Policy: 

 

Guests have the option to cancel their booking up until 14 days before the event start time and receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit. If cancellation occurs between 14 days and 7 days prior to the event start time, guests will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. However, any cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start time will not be eligible for any refund.

 

Please be aware that all bookings come with a grace period allowing for a full refund, including the $500 deposit, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation, but no later than 48 hours prior to the event start time.

 

Cleaning policy: Revised Cleaning Policy:

 

We kindly request that guests return the venue in the same condition as it was provided to them. While the venue will take care of discarding the trash, we kindly ask that all trash be properly bagged before being placed in designated trash bins.

 

In the event that the venue is not returned in the same clean condition it was received, and is deemed to be left "dirty," a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to the responsible guest. This fee will ensure that our team can thoroughly clean and restore the venue to its original state for the next guest.

 

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our venue. Your adherence to this policy enables us to continue providing exceptional service to all our guests.
